Les Schwab Tire Center

I recently took my 2012 Honda Civic to the Les Schwab Tire Center off Route 68 in Pasco, WA, and had a very frustrating experience. Initially, the shop quoted me $1,500 for repairs, claiming that my struts, sway bar, and multiple other parts needed replacement. After some back-and-forth, the price was lowered to $1,100, but the staff continued pushing unnecessary work. They tried to pressure me into approving parts I didn’t need, exaggerating the condition of my struts and implying the car couldn’t be driven otherwise. The only actual issues were tie rods and a lower ball joint, which I had already purchased from O’Reillys. I needed some hard to find 16.00 R 20 tires for my fork lift, Heath went above and beyond to find a replacement as well as some tubes for me. Unfortunately the new tires weren’t within my budget (they were very fairly priced, I was just short on cash at this time) so I had to go with a set of used ones from back east however, Heath was able to supply the tubes as well as line up a service tech to come out and install the tires. I really got the feeling that Heath cares about his customers and just wants them to get what they need at the end of the day. Replacement of a under warranty tire. Was supposed to be there in 3 days, he forgot to order them, when I came in 2 weeks later. So i had to wIt 3 more days. Never called me like I was told. Then I was told it would be at least 2 hours. So I had them give an appointment time. Still took 45 minutes for 2 tires

2:00 appointment dropped off at 1:30. At 3:00. Hadn't even started a ticket. Then told that 3 people are ahead. I asked.. I did make a appointment and I did take off work to make appointment. Every time I come here I get a huge run around

They didn't even charge me thank you so much guys for swapping out my tire to a new tire and rim not a penny was i charged you guys are already so busy and you guys did it so quickly can't remember the name of the manager I believe or the supervisor in charge that day here I know he had red hair and he was very quick thank you very much again
