I came in last Friday for a tire puncture repair and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Scott at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Javier did a great job on the repair. I was genuinely surprised at how fast the service was and even more impressed that they did it at no charge. The shop is clean, the vibe is friendly, and the team clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to others and will be coming back for future services.

I always recommend this place. Yesterday is a perfect example: I called to ask for an appointment, knowing they usually don’t do same-day. The woman on the phone was clear and helpful—she said they happened to be free and could finish my rotation quickly if I came by soon. I appreciated the straightforward communication, and they got it done in about 10 minutes, 15 max. The staff is always welcoming, and I’ve noticed the same friendly faces over time (especially in service team), which says a lot about how well they treat their team.

This location has amazing employees, would highly recommend bringing your car here to be serviced. I called about an hour before close and told them my issue they said if I could get there before 6 they could check it out. They could fix the issue but thankfully alerted me to a really big issue that I would need new tires probably asap. They stayed past the time that they were open to get me all set so I didn't have to worry. Joe was the main guy I talked to but they all deserve a shoutout and a raise!! Quoted me fairly and allowed me options.

I came into this location for wheel alignment and a suspension checkup. Big shout out to Scott. His radiant countenance, customer care, and honesty were noteworthy. Long story short, I did get my wheels aligned. Although there were no issues with my suspension, I left with my spirit lifted. Scott's conduct gave me hope for humanity. Thank you, sir!

I'm driving down highway 99 and see my rear driver side tire is loosing pressure. I stop and get a fix a flat thinking I must have picked something up on the road. Contuing home, the pressure keeps dropping. Damnit. I get my wife and daughter home, then head here. I've had good results before, let's try 'em again. After a reasonable wait, considering I did not have an appointment, the technician shows me the problem. A good sized divot on the inside of the tire means this is completely undriveable. It looked fine from the outside, but it has to be replaced. We worked out a solution that didn't break the bank and I have an appointment next week for getting the alignment done. Overall, a solid, professional experience.
