I have always brought my work trucks here so never paid attention to the bill but this was my first time taking my personal vehicle. I was on a budget and needed some A/T tires on our Jeep for the upcoming winter season. I think it was Brendan that helped me over the phone to find the right tire at the right price. He was very friendly and took the time to make sure I liked the look of the tires and went over the quality details. Our service tech was awesome! I forget his name but he is the taller skinny tech and he put our mud tires he took off for us in bags and loaded them up in our vehicles, he was very careful with our personal items when loading. All in all a great experience and we will for sure be repeat customers

First two photos were after an alignment two weeks ago and you can see that the knuckles come in contact with the axle, and you can see that the driver side alignment caster has backed out. And that was after driving it not even 5 miles back home. Fast forward to yesterday after doing more front suspension work I needed another alignment, I took the truck back in… all good so far, drove it home (not even 5 miles) and parked it for the night, then I get a call from them saying they weren’t sure if they torqued the front lug nuts. So that’s cool to hear. Then today took the truck for a drive to chehalis, and realized the steering wheel isn’t even aligned, and when I got out to check everything out the passenger front wheel was cambered in quite a bit, and you can see that now the passenger

So pleased with the service at Les Schwab every time. Today was a difficult day. We were heading to Kent Washington, from Milwaukie Oregon. As me and my sister get part way into our journey, my tire sensor goes off. I look at my gauges at it reads nothing for my rear tire. I proceed to take the next exit to check my tire and first exit there is a Firestone tire shop . I think to myself, well, this is not Les Schwab, but I don’t have my husband with me to help so I will stop in and ask for assistance. I ask the first person that comes out from moving a car and I ask if they were open? He says yes, then walks away. I walk in to the office and nobody is in there. I stood there for about ten minutes and nothing. It’s 845 am and not busy at all. Nobody else around. So I left. I looked at my r

My husband and I were stuck on the beach in Longview and this nice young man. Nathan stopped and helped us on his vacation. Knew all the proper things to do to get us unstuck spent at least an hour with us and even made sure that we had the proper pressure in our tires after we made pavement. What a nice young man. I think he was on a date with his girlfriend and she was awesome. Her name was Victoria. My hat goes off to him and to her many thanks

Stripped a few of my wheel studs all because I told them no I can’t afford any of their services right now after a pre trip safety inspection. Could've been a coincidence perhaps a new hire, but I doubt it. The guy behind the counters demeanor completely changed when I told him I don’t have enough money for even one of their services they offered at the moment. I went in to make sure my car was safe to drive with a free service they offer and it was worse on the way out. If you’re worried about your car and need a pre trip inspection done don’t waste this locations time.
