Les Schwab Tire Center

I had my car serviced at Nissan of Elk Grove. They said I needed brakes and that I would need new tires by my next oil change. Wow , that's a lot of money. I took my car to Les Schwab because I wanted to purchase my tires there. They have such a great warranty. The service man checked out my car , the tires and brakes. He came back and said my car didn't need either one . I was shocked 😲. They were trying to take advantage of me . I am 68 years old and I'm on a fixed income. I don't understand people today . I will never do business there again. Les Schwab will be the only place to service my car . They do it all there , oil change, brakes , tires , wiper blades and much more . Plus everyone was so nice , very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place !! Ch

I had an excellent experience at Les Schwab Store #639, managed by Daniel H. I originally stopped by to price out new tires after my Honda dealership recommended replacement. However, I had concerns about the dealership’s high pricing, limited hours, and long wait times, so I decided to get a second opinion. Daniel provided a level of service and professionalism that far exceeded my expectations. He took the time to walk me through multiple tire options, asked thoughtful questions about my vehicle plans, and made recommendations based on what would genuinely serve me best, not just what would result in a sale. Cannot thank Dan and the crew at Les Schwab Florin Road enough. From the moment they answered the phone, they took a potentially very bad day (think bolt in tire) to a great customer experience with my car back on the road within 30 minutes of it getting dropped off. Highly recommend them!

About 4 hours into my drive from San Diego to Sacramento, my low tire pressure warning came on, and I realized I was missing one lug nut on each wheel. At the previous tire service, I was told they would replace the cracked lug nuts since I forgot my wheel lock, but they never informed me they didn’t. When I called 4 hours into my drive, they said it was “completely safe” to drive. Which I didn’t find convincing since a false warning popped up. I went to Les Schwab and spoke with one employee at the front desk. He verified the lug nuts I had bought from autozone were the correct fit and had them installed and torqued for free. Ever since their service, the low tire pressure warning hasn’t come back. I’m very grateful for his help and would recommend Les Schwab.
