I don’t give 5 stars for just any business. But I stopped by yesterday morning 12/17 because I thought I had brake problems. They showed me that in fact I had a wheel bearing that was disintegrating. I was given what I considered a fair price for repair and in 2 hours the work was complete. I will DEFINITELY return for my undercarriage repairs in the future. Also, I wasn’t given the song and dance about giving 5 stars. I believe that if a business treats a customer well, then 5 stars will be given. Thank you Les Schwab.

I went to Les Schwab because my tire has gone flat twice and I suspected a slow leak. Instead of listening, the employee questioned my judgment and asked, “What made you think you had a flat tire?” Seriously? Do you need the proof that I filled my tire up with air twice? I was then told there was no leak and immediately pushed to buy new tires. It felt dismissive and like an upsell tactic rather than actually addressing the issue. Not impressed with the customer service at all.

I like Les Schwab, you will pay a higher cost for doing business here but the service is great and they've never done me anything wrong about a tire. we'd blown a couple of rv tires headed for Wyoming and I carry plenty of spares but they slid a couple of new ones on to my rims and I was off down the road in record time.

If you own an RV this is the place. If you own any other vehicle this is the place. This place won my loyalty because of an employee. That employee is Julian. So kind and honest and personable. I will be back with my other vehicles just because of Julian. He even recommended that we not do an alignment due to the newness of the vehicle. Who says that. Love-love the honesty.

They did a great job on my car. I had to get new bearing on one side of car and I thought it was going to be expensive, and it wasn't at all. I went to a previous place they wanted to charge me double for what I paid here, so I had to go here! It worked out just in time for Christmas. Keep up the good work guys 💚
