Stopped by to have a valve stem w/TPM sensor, since my old shop couldn't handle the job, came in without a call and they had me taken care of quickly and at a fair price. Service so good I asked for a few quotes on severe weather rated tires. came in a couple weeks later, no appointment, and they were busy. They installed my new tires($200 off sale!), and had me safely on the road in a reasonable amount of time. drove on those tires through a snow storm to the cities and they are absolutely incredible snow tires. This is my new shop, couldn't recommend these guys more. they have people skills and technical skill, a rare combination. 110% A++

Let me preface to say I always read specifically girl reviews on any mechanical shop, because unfortunately we are (typically) the ones who are naive and usually taken advantage of. My vehicle is still in the shop so i haven't even drove on the tires yet but I'm giving 5 stars for Trevor. First poor guy had to deal with me who knows next to nothing about tires so I picked the ones that were available today. Unfortunately I didn't realize there is a difference between "all season" and 'all weather'. Trevor called me about a problem with my struts which i knew were close to end of life. While on the phone i asked him the questions my brother had and he suggested a 3 way call. So i did and he handled my brothers questions like a champ. He came up with a solution to make all of us happy. Aga

Stopped by this morning since one of my tires was losing pressure. The guys found a nail and repaired it for free. Fast and friendly service is why I always try to use Les Schwab.

I went in to replace a tire that was punctured by a nail and still holding air, expecting the cost to be no more than $400. I was told they might be able to repair it. After some time, I was informed that not only couldn’t the tire be fixed, but that all four tires would need to be replaced. I was then given quotes ranging from $1,000–$1,200, along with additional random service estimates I hadn’t requested. I left and went to another business, where my tire was repaired in 30 minutes for $26.

Called ahead of time. Gave me the number of 140 and some change for an alignment. But before that I had an appointment at discount tire to replace all tires. Better deal on tires there. I was running behind so I called Les shwab saying I was going to be late for the appointment. Told me why when I told him about tires at another shop. He switched attitude. Got sassy and hung up as soon as he could. When I got there I wasn’t even greeted. They said your the one with the tires from another shop. Yah they were giving me attitude the whole time I was there or giving me looks. Apparently there was a bolt missing on my drive shaft and so they put a new one in. Once I get to check out the same person that was giving me attitude for getting tires somewhere else wanted to charge me 200+ bucks. I
