I love this specific location. Everyone I've ever dealt with are great. Could've easily been charged for a brake job but was told they look great and only needed the fluid topped off. Did that and rotated tires at no cost. They explain costs up front or if they run into a surprise that adds expenses. That has only happened once, and from experience, I know it was a legitimate charge.

Hit a nail on the road while I was exploring Silver Falls with the family. Me and my brother changed to a spare tire and made it to their shop 15 minutes before they close. Pulled up and they went fast to work and was I back on the road. Super thankful specially since I’m on a road trip far away from home. They were awesome!

So today, we had a tire blow in the middle of a dangerous spot and very busy hwy. It just so happened that it blew right in front of the sublimity Les Schwab. My father, who is older and has some limited mobility, my 1yr old, a 6wk old puppy and myself, who is 22wks pregnant were all in the car. I no more than walked up the sidewall of the hwy and a worker came over to see what I needed. I explained the situation and he went to go get a manager. I ended up going inside and spoke to the manager who quickly went into action. They came to our rescue and got us back on the road in a very quick manner. He even sent a truck and put out cones to further help protect our vehicle. I was very, very impressed and am so grateful for their help and quick action. What a blessing they were! This is why

Don’t waste your time here go to any other tire shop. Twice I tried to buy a spare tire for my jeep. First time they ordered the wrong wheel second time they gave me a wheel and tire they said they test fit it and it fit perfectly. Yet never checked to see the valve stem on the back of the wheel hit the brake caliber. Take your business elsewhere this place will leave you stranded. I brought the tire wheel to Salem Les Schwab. They resolved the issue for me.

They need to retrain their staff. We took my 2011 Subaru there to check breaks and the cause of a “squeeling sound”. Was told the breaks and everything look perfect. Wrong!!! That caused me to continue driving an unsafe car because I trusted what they said. It’s at a legitimate mechanic now and my brakes are far from perfect, rack and pinion issues and Thats only the beginning. TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND DONT LIE TO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY BRING THEIR VEHICLE IN TO YOU TRUSTING THEY ARE BEING TOLD ACCURATE INFORMATION! You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
