I visited Les Schwab on Olive Street in Newport because my tire had a nail and was going flat. An employee met me as I got out of my car and asked how he could help. Instant service! They pulled my car in and fixed the flat in 30 minutes and no charge! Amazing! Come see them for tires and your other needs. They deserve your business!
Called to schedule an oil change, got one same day. Came in and it was don't within 30 minutes. Great service, Thank you, Toledo team!
The BEST. I have a brand new Chevrolet, Colorado and while I was coming down off of mountain from hiking, avoiding potholes, we slid off into a ditch and I popped the back tire. Honestly, I was pretty apprehensive about how it was all gonna go because the car dealership was really not lifting much of a finger even though I had just gotten in the car two days earlier. A family of angels stopped and rescued me in a one hour swat team operation and therefore I DIDNT have to pay the 1800 towing fee (hallelujah). They recommended Les Schwab but NOT the one in Newport. The one in TOLEDO! it’s only 10 minutes from Newport so it’s worth it. I came in, they immediately took care of everything. Friendly, honest, straightforward, who could ask for more? This will now be my go to car mechanic place. H
This Les Schwab store was great makes me thing about buying there tires again.
Very kind bunch of people. Came in needing help getting out of the pickle I'd caused myself and on a limited budget was able to get me something more than affordable and on my way in a jiff!!!
