Left my car overnight due to a flat, I called in the morning when they open what was wrong with the car and that it was at there parking lot. My car was done and ready to go before I was even able to take my keys in for them to move it. Quick, excellent service

Got a flat on the way to Oregon. My friend called talked with Kyle he said he had the tire and would get me on the road to still make it to my concert with my friends!! Great service!

Went and had the a arms, tie rod ends, and bushings done plus a alignment. Dropped the truck off at 8 told them I needed it back by no later then 2:15 so I called about 1:00 to check see how it was going because it was scheduled to be done at 100. They told me they didnt get the message that it needed to be done no later then 2:15 so when I got to schwabs they took it on a test drive and said the alignment was still off and I need to bring it back to get finished. I'm very disappointed that I'm going to have to take more time off work to get my truck finished especially for how much it was to get the truck done....I'm not at all mad that they went past the time then I'll scheduled for because things happen my problem is when I told the guy at the front desk this morning he should have let

Great experience - Passing through town on the way to the Amphitheatre, pulled in, late afternoon, with a CV axel on the verge of exploding. Within 2 minutes of walking in the door Kyle was out of his seat and taking a look, another 5 minutes and the car was on the lift. He did a great job genuinely looking into the problem and what the cause could have been. He knew I was in a bind and couldn't really afford to just leave the car for a day with all of my stuff, so he drove 40 minutes out of town to source replacement axels and get them installed before they closed - even went as far as to temp the axel after a short drive to ensure the problem was resolved before sending me on my way. Love it when you stumble into a 10/10 customer service experience.

JD was very helpful and did an amazing job helping me pick out tires and was very fast with getting them installed!
