My wife was told her car needed new front shocks and control arms by another shop. I brought it to Les Schwab to have it inspected and get an honest second opinion. Clean bill of health, no charge. I have always had good experiences with Les Schwab over the years. Brakes, tires, susspension, always homest work and a fair price.

One of our original tires in our minivan got a nail and a leak. We managed to get the van to Les Schwab after they had closed and left it overnight in their parking lot. We showed up the next morning when they opened, and they took care of it by 10 a.m. without any charge. We will definitely be returning when we need new tires. Thank you!

I bought a used car and noticed a gash in one of the tires. I went thinking I’d have to replace but a very nice guy there told me I didn’t and then spent a number of minutes answering all my questions and providing information on the car I just bought. It was a refreshing change to not be pressured into purchasing something expensive I didn’t need.

I’ve had good assessments and work done here in the past, but the staff at the front desk has changed a lot recently (there used to be the same gal for a really long time and she knew what she was talking about), but the newer staff screwed up this time. I called an ahead of time and asked if they can run a diagnostic test and do the needed work. The ABS, brake, and traction control lights suddenly came on on my dash and the brake pedal pressure changed. I explained all this to them and they confirmed they can get the needed parts same day and do all the work, and they apply the diagnostic cost to the work.
