Preston, the store manager, addressed my problems with rare professionalism and old school honor that is hard to come by these days. He listened and did his best to resolve the issue while saving me money, realizing I'm a human being and not just a walking dollar sign.

While they have good customer service and do good work, Shops like this may take the quick way to do things which results in customers paying for it. Check local shops first when you need servicing. I needed brakes and they opted to quote a full rear brake job and I was left with no choice since I needed my vehicle.

Be careful doing your brakes here. I got a quote for almost $700. When looking at the quote they wanted to charge $400 for calipers. When I called back I asked if the calipers were leaking or rusted to which the desk girl replied we have to change calipers when doing brakes for the warranty. We don’t just do pads here it’s a whole brake job. They are disposing perfectly good parts for no reason. Absolute rip off. Go somewhere else for brakes unless you want to pay for new calipers you don’t need.
