Had my Suburban towed in for service during the night after hours without any prior notice to the service department. I received a call from Luke Stewart first thing in the morning who took care of the issue from start to finish with exemplary, professional care keeping me informed and completing the repair faster than I would have thought possible. We scheduled a 7:15am appointment, dropped off our truck this morning at 6:30am and then my husband and I went to work. Our truck was not ready until almost 3:30. All we needed was the first scheduled maintenance check/oil change completed. What's annoying is I called at 1:30pm to check on the status and they said another hour. However, it wasn't until almost 3:30pm that it was ready. Apparently, and they don't tell you this, when you drop off your car for service they push you to the end of the line if there are people waiting for their cars. So frustrating, especially if you have somewhere to be and expect your car to be completed. Overall, an okay visit because the staff was friendly, but 8 hours for an oil change?!
