Terrible service. I brought my Jeep in for an engine replacement, spent $4,000 on parts and labor, and when I picked it up, the running boards were disconnected. I had to return just to get something that simple fixed. A few days later, my brand-new engine started overheating. After all that money and time, I’m right back where I started — except now with even more frustration. What makes this worse is that I specifically told my service manager, Almarques, to make sure everything was running smoothly before pickup. I even gave them an extra week to finish the job and test everything. Clearly that didn’t happen. I need to take my Jeep in for an oil change, tire rotation, and the typical inspections for the mileage I’m at. After my last experience with Lester Glenn I said I’d never go back there again. So this time I’m bringing it to Pine Belt even though the oil change is going to cost me almost double what it did at Lester Glenn. Lester screwed me twice already you know what J Cole says. While looking at the paperwork from my last service with them to compare prices, all it did was bring back bad memories and I need to rant. I brought my Jeep in for its very first oil change since I purchased it. I didn’t even buy it through Lester Glenn. I’ve brought my 2020 Jeep compass in for service for a few reasons we were told we needed a new radio. This was October 12. We’ve been patiently reading for our radio delivery date has always been pushed back when I called the service manager. She explained that it’s a refurbished radio not a new radio, but a refurbished radio there is nothing in My Bill or anything was ever said about a refurbished radio I was told I needed a new Radio. As a young woman DO NOT bring your car here. I brought my brand new car for its first oil change to which the service tech left the oil cap off. I drove around for days spraying oil all over my car which started a ton of other problems. I brought the car back to allow the mistake to be fixed which only caused more trouble. From there my engine was “cleaned” which then caused an engine leak from the rear main seal of the motor. The car remained back and forth with the service center until ultimately the engine was replaced (no one ever said why the engine needed to be replaced) however the engine was not correctly mounted which caused the axel to break and the air conditioner was no longer working.
