I had an excellent experience at Let's go! Auto Repair! They are honest, knowledgeable, professional, and very welcoming. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell me with any unnecessary repairs. The work was completed very quickly, and my vehicle is running as smoothly as ever. Their prices are great too! The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a shop that you can truly trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality automotive service.

I visited Lets Go! Auto Repair based on their glowing 4.9-star rating, expecting honest and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was told my car needed a part replaced, (evaporation control canister) costing $422. Trusting their reputation, I agreed and paid for what I believed was a *new* part. However, when I got home, something didn’t sit right. I decided to inspect the “new” part and was shocked to find they had cleaned and painted over the old part, passing it off as new. The paint was literally still drying. The worst part about all of this is that the part “needed” was actually never needed to be replaced.
