Horrible place to purchase a car! My grandmother bought a car 8 months ago, we’ve had nothing but problems with the engine over heating after 5 months of having it and paying out of pocket to repair, now the transmission went out mind you we hav not put more then 5,000 miles on the vehicle. Their response was “not our problem anymore”. Completely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place take your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the headache! If I could I would give NO STARS. Now my grandmother is out of a car and stuck with a payment she could barley afford.
Second car I purchased from Levels in four years. Put 240k miles on my first car from them here for a second. A+
So I just bought a 2016 Nissan Maxima and my mechanic was Albert. Dude is legit! Fixed my fender, hooked me up w/ parking sensors and did it all very fast. Albert is the man and if your car needs his attention, he's gonna make sure that it's done correct and fast. Good looking out Levels. Appreciate you all!!!
