Ever since I became a customer of Levi's Automotive, I have been pleased with their work. They are thorough and affordable. I found out that Sally no longer works there and I will miss chatting with her, while waiting for my car to be fixed. Yet, I know that my car service needs will continue to be done with the skill, integrity and professionalism, that has made Levi's Automotive a much needed and appreciated business for me. 👌

Very unprofessional!!! I made an appointment with them a week in advance for them to service my car. On the day of the appointment, I was the first one there. Despite making an appointment in ADVANCE and being the First vehicle in the lot. The owner worked on other vehicles arriving after me I had to wait almost 4 HOURS before they decided to work on my vehicle. When they finally inspected my vehicle, the owner and another worker only “worked” on my vehicle for about 20-25 minutes until they said “there’s nothing we can do you gotta take your vehicle somewhere else” The owner didn’t even bother to look throughly at my car to even try to identify or fix the problem. I heard the female worker told me he’s going on vacation later that day or tomorrow so that explains why he’s rushy and lazy.

Guarenteed no wait over phone. Vehicle was driven into service bay by tech. Estimated $40 for service as shown on photo. Another customer arrives and my vehicle is removed from service bay without test. Other customers vehicle is serviced and completed. Charged $46.35 for service that was never tested. Won't be back again.

They were very nice, very professional. I did not have to wait as no one was there, so my car was worked on right away. It passed smog and I was able to renew my registration.
