I was initially recommended to Levittown Ford Service Center through a friend. After being disappointed with my last service center, I was hoping this would be a better alternative—and overall, it was. I was referred to Service Advisor Derek P. for an oil change (“The Works”), some exhaust troubleshooting, and a front differential service. Throughout our interactions, he was knowledgeable, attentive, and accurately captured my concerns and requests. His communication during the process was above average, and he was honest about the services I was looking for. She not only made time for me and my busy schedule, but she also went out of her way to help me with all of my questions and concerns. Very disappointing to say the least. They left my truck incomplete and in pieces. The wheel well was not fasten back. The attached bracket on the back of my back window was left disconnected and wires dangled. I went back on the Monday and the technician still placed my wheel well incorrectly. Spent a total of 6 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday to replace a disconnected hose for my windshield washer. I was charged over $400 to reconnect a hose and had a warranty which they said this did not cover. Not sure why it was not covered but I paid and was not treated properly as the pictures will show

I purchased my vehicle from another location but always had difficulty getting an appointment. I decided to go to levittown and had the pleasure of being helped by Anthony Gallo. He made me aware from the start my vehicle would be there for some time. I had a loaner vehicle so it wouldn’t be a problem. He kept in contact with me. When I picked up my vehicle we were all under the assumption the car was fixed. But it wasn’t before I even left the dealership they took it right back and put me in a loaner. I love how efficient Anthony was when it came to solving the problem. The technicians did a great job figuring out what was wrong. I did get my car back and the problem was solved. I truly appreciate a dealership that goes above and beyond. You have gained a new customer going forward.

Terrible experience. My truck was leaking water extensively so I dropped it off while waiting for a loaner to be available. I was told that I was not “old enough” to receive one, even though I purchased the truck brand new through the dealer and have their “VIP” program which has shown to be useless. The vehicle sat outside for the first 2 weeks in the rain while I was given the run around and was told they were diagnosing it. I had a very difficult time getting a hold of the dealer for the first two weeks. After they were unable to diagnose it, It was sent to their body shop for further diagnosis. The dealer didn’t take anything apart on the truck to even attempt to diagnose the issue. After a week of being told they couldn’t get an update. I called the body shop directly and got an updat
