I purchased a new 2025 Ford F150 Lariat from Lewis and Clark Ford. After an extended time being parked in my garage, I experienced a discharged battery. I was able to recharge it to full capacity but then was alerted by audible and visual alarms signifying a need to have the parking brake serviced. Lewis and Clark Ford was able to fix it and fix it right the first time. They called while working on my F150 to confirm the problems and I was able to pick it up right after work. The past couple of years or so of them working on my car, the service/parts department has been very good to work with. When I have brought one of my vehicles in for service/repair they get it done in a timely manner and don't just put in new parts until the problem is found, they actually identify the issue and fix only what needs to be fixed.
