When I first called, I spoke with JW, and he was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to assist me in finding the right tires I was looking for and explained everything with so much patience and care. I never felt rushed or unsure about my purchase. The entire experience was amazing—from the team who installed my tires to the overall customer service, pricing, and how smoothly everything was handled. Everyone was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I truly couldn’t be happier with the service. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and honest people. I've been going to Lewis' for over 15 years for both tires, and car service. I am 100% satisfied with both the Customer Service, and the actual service work. If something will take longer or may cost more $, they consult FIRST before doing the work which I think is great. Cost is very competitive and reasonable. I've also referred so many people to them for service. I moved from the area and still drive the hour for their service. I trust their work! Super job Lewis'!!!

I have been dealing with LGT for at least 20 years. I'll never go anyplace else. Louis is my main contact person and I'm ashamed to say I don't know the names of the mechanics who have worked on my cars. They have all always treated me with respect, given me fair prices, have been punctual with my appointments and gotten me in and out as quickly as possible. All the services I checked off I've gotten over time, not all at once, and I've had other things done also. However, TRUST is the most important reason I won't change. I've gone in there several times thinking I might need something done and they could have gone ahead and done it. Instead, when it is something I didn't need, they've told me that. I've always loved Lewis General Tire, but after moving out of Henrietta I stopped using them for a few years. However, I recently got an inspection and tire rotation at another shop (Mavis) and started to notice some issues with my car within a few weeks. I called Lewis General Tire and even though they were fully booked, John offered to take a quick look to make sure my car was still safe to drive. Thank goodness I stopped by, he was able to tighten all the lug nuts on my car within just a few minutes, and if he hadn't, one of my wheels could have popped off at any moment. Needless to say, I won't be using any other shops moving forward. John and the rest of his team were fantastic!

I had repaired my car in this garage recently, particularly the wheel bearing. I hadn't been in this garage before, so I didn't know what to expect. John, who was a service advisor is a very nice and friendly man. He gave me a decent price, I'm very satisfied with how my car was fixed. Definitely will come here again!
