This is the worst auto mechanic shop I’ve ever gone to. I brought my vehicle in for one problem that being Not getting heat on the driver side. After getting multiple different stories from multiple different mechanics working on my vehicle, they told me the heater core was not bad and wanted to replace the distribution box inside the dash they told me it was going to take two days however it took seven days. At the end of it, the Problem was never fixed. Multiple things were not even plugged back in. I had scratches and dents, etc. all over my truck. As they did, give me a partial refund that does not help the fact that my truck left there in worse condition. Not to mention the fact after I drove 15 miles, my check engine light clicked on

Came to Lexie to get my brakes done, new front wheel tires and body work. My honda was involved in a minor fender bender and Lexie said it was no problem and took care of my car. Work was done, and I was very pleased with the result. Professional and great work, 10/10 would recommend again.

The owner was incredibly friendly, honest, and easy to talk to — you can tell they really care about their customers and people in general. The mechanic explained everything clearly without any pressure, and the pricing was extremely fair and seriously budget friendly. Highly recommended!

25 Jan 2026: Snow storm but the shop/business was still open. I need the front brakes and rotors done- not safe to drive. The business manager was nice and detailing. Their team were friendly and kind. They show me which brake parts were need to be replaced. They got the job done within 1.5hrs and the labor price are very reasonable. They are honest and reasonable. They want to help people, while not charging a arm and leg. I will come back for my next auto service requirement. Thank you, Lexie team. 5-stars all the way. Tommy.
