Lexus of Birmingham Service Center

I’ve been servicing my vehicle at this Lexus dealership for the past three years, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. Bryan Davis has been my service advisor the entire time, and he’s been outstanding from day one. He’s professional, honest, and always keeps me informed throughout the process. I never feel left in the dark about what’s going on with my vehicle. His communication is clear, timely, and respectful, which I really value. For my most recent service, I worked with Davida, and she was just as impressive. She was attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. She took the time to answer my questions and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Both Bryan and Davida genuinely value their customers and it shows in the way

I bought a used 24 Lexus GX 550 certified. The salesman was great. He answered all of our questions and told us that it would be 3 days before we could pick it up in order for it to go through the certification process. He called us on the 3rd day to let us know that it was ready. When we got in the car to leave I noticed two small chips in the windshield. They were small but clearly noticeable.We showed the salesman and he went to find the manger. He was unavailable so the salesman took a picture of the chips and said that they would get back with us. We have not been contacted. Also there was dog hair all in the vehicle. After getting home we found that the seat massager on the front passenger seat didn’t work. My point is if it took three days to clean and certify the car why were these

I was treated with courtesy and care. Also very efficiently. My car had two recalls that were fixed as well as routine maintenance provided. Davida was very knowledgeable and kind. She provided excellent service for our car. And in a timely manner. Always appreciate Lexus service!

This was the 2nd time we’ve used the service dept there & we’re very satisfied with how they handled everything. Michelle was very helpful the first time as well as this time. This is why I will definitely recommend this dealership & give 5 stars. Service is very important & has been excellent there. Thanks again Michelle!

I purchased 2 new back tires last night.. once again they did something to my tire pressure sensors. Tire pressure not showing on the display and the light will not go off. Last time they did the samething and of course they didn’t take responsibility . Ended up taking it to superior automotive. I feel it’s pointless to even waste my time going back to try to get them to fix it. I’ll just stick with Superior here on out. The service advisor Jamal is great though! He went over and beyond to get me in last minute.
