In response to Stephanie’s comment: I had already spoken with her directly to address this issue before she posted her reply here, yet nothing further was done. It feels as though they’re hoping the problem will simply go away. Her comment reads like another scripted response meant to check a box rather than actually resolve anything. As mentioned in my original review, their priority seems to be protecting their own interests—not the customer’s experience. Absolutely disgraceful experience at Lexus of Concord Service Department. If there were an option for negative stars, this place would deserve it! I brought in my old car that belonged to me late father so there's some sentimental value here. I know, I know, one shouldn't feel sentimental about an object but... there's a crack in the windshield when I get it back and service is not taking responsibility. Pluses: - Bill the service advisor was great - Price matching for new tires to online pricing at other places. Other minuses: Everything took a bit long, I had to wait for a little of everything (yes, I had an appointment), to getting everything setup to getting a car to borrow. 1.5 hours from when I pulled up to when I pulled out.

I can’t thank enough to their service. There was a reset missed during my car servicing day. I complained about it and they just sent a technician to my home and fix the issues. Thanks to the service manager Stephanie and special thanks to the technician Elijah. Elijah is a wonderful person, Lexus Concord Ca. Really appreciate your concern.

We tested two cars here, the agent was very informative, friendly and positive he gave us detailed specs of each model. He spent enough time to show us interior and exterior and explained every specific question we had. He also gave valuable info about financing and leasing.
