Lexus of Fremont Service

Terrible experience. Called in 3 days in advance to schedule a routine maintenance. Was quoted a 2-3 hour wait time. Ended up taking 4 hours. Best part: I got the complimentary car wash and saw this beautiful display (see photo). Totally unprofessional and not what I’d expect from a luxury brand. Never coming to this dealership again.

Extremely dissatisfied! A terrible experience! 1. I bought a used RX350 from your store. The odometer read 82,000 miles. After 5,000 miles of normal maintenance, besides an oil change, Dao Nguyen recommended additional services, including a four-wheel alignment and tire repair… valued at $402.78… This was not a professional or responsible service. These services were added without any problems with the vehicle, without a mechanic performing any inspection, and without the owner's request. Thankfully, I stopped them in time. 2. My car's mudguards and partition strips were cracked. I asked for a quote, and Dao Nguyen quoted $3854. Two other Lexus repair shops quoted over $1800 each. I ended up having it repaired at the Lexus Stevens dealership, which cost $1555. In short, I am extremely diss

I reserved a vehicle and when I arrived they were very busy but I wasn't surprised since it was valentine's day weekend. The lovely cashier Farrah was extremely helpful and recognized that I was patiently waiting and found an advisor to assist me. Farrah may have even been more knowledgeable about the Lexus Reserve program than some of the advisors were. She was so kind, the original vehicle that had been set aside for me was too big and she wanted me to be comfortable and quickly found a smaller SUV to swap out for me. I am pleased with the service received. I would definitely recommend this location.

Not recommended to do any service here. My appointment was at 1pm, at the end I have received my car at 3pm. It was just oil change, 2hours is too much. Usually it takes 1 hour before in any Lexus dealerships. They washed the car terribly. I didn't expect detailing, but they couldn't even wash the car clean from the outside.

This place is always my go to whenever I need my car serviced. The workers there are friendly and always greet you with a smile. My go to worker at the service department is always James L., he is always very pleasant to talk to and always smiling. He always gets me in whenever I reached out to him and very accommodating. Like I always say, I don’t mind the drive because I know that the customer service I get at this location is exceptional. Once again, James have done it, I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Please keep up the great customer service. I rate this visit a 5 Star as that is the highest I can rate it. Until next time James!
