I had to write this review and share an unfortunate vehicle traffic incident that occurred with me yesterday. I was sitting at a red light and someone ran into to the back of my SUV, and then took off after he tried to convince me that he had insurance and a good body shop. The person’s license plate was from Virginia. Anyhoo I took it to the Lexus dealer, explained my situation and one of the body shop representative Tamzin 🥰 looked at the damage,made a quick assessment and then Manny - I believe a manager popped back in something that was hanging on the bumper and told me what to do, where to go for the repairs and body work. I reached out to Lexus of Larchmont 6 months ago inquiring about the new IS. The manager of the dealership responded promptly and even had a salesperson "Robert (Bob) Pellecchia" reach out to me to provide more details about the car (whatever was available at the time), information on how the dealership operates, the ordering process etc. I was very surprised at the level of service, professionalism, attention to detail, and the attention I got overall. Throughout the process Bob was very informative and patient. In all our communications, I never felt rushed, hassled, pressured etc. We even got to discussing other cars, history etc. My greatest surprise though is that my order was placed right away and I was promised that the price of the car would not be marked up, nor would I be told t
