High winds in Viera + a basketball goal = 1xHooptie. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the modification we were looking for so I drove it to Lexus of Melbourne to see what they could do for us. Carl Russo and Jamie Gantt worked to help us diagnose the problem and figured out a way to get it out of my sunroof without damaging the car or the rim! The price? Amazing. I'm only leaving this review because I'm got a text asking for it. I had to pick up my elderly mother at 9am. So I made a 730am appointment for an oil change. I got there at 710, before they even opened. Promptly at 730, I was the first car in. Nobody in front of me. I walked to get breakfast and wait for the call. At 914am, they called that they were looking at the car. That's ONE HOUR AND 44 MINUTES LATER. Now I'm in a panic. While they try to upsell me more repairs, I tell then I need to go. So they check on my car. 15 minutes later they tell me the car is in line for the carwash. YOU NEED TO GET MY CAR!!! OK, they say they will get it now before it's washed because my mom, who is recovering from a fall is home alone. I went outside and stood on the curb for ANOTHER 10 MINUTES! The

A loaner car was brought to my house while Lexus took my car to Viera for the recall situation. They were on time, polite, and it was a very easy and smooth transfer. They also brought my car home the next day. I have always enjoyed great service and will continue to use Lexus of Melbourne/Viera For all my service and maintenance needs.

I had an excellent service experience and really appreciate that the service dept had time to squeeze me into the schedule when I came in for an oil change without an appointment. The service rep, Kyle Dermody, was gracious and personable, and checked for recalls on my car. A new software dow load was needed, and that was taken care of too.
