Ronald provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was handled with care. It’s refreshing to work with a service advisor who truly values customer experience. I have been depending on the quality of Lexus and need for minimal maintenance expenses for years. While under warranty I’ve always used Lexus of NorthMiami service department so I specifically wish for a service consultant who is not going to sell me up. Ronald took care of me, and my car to make sure safety and performance is the focus. He was respectful of my time and provided prompt updates. I never had to wait and Ronald answered all of my questions with patience and courtesy.

2021 nx300. 30,000 mile service. First service at this dealership. Made appointment in advance which included a loaner.. I am 76 years old and this was the most efficient dealership service experience I have ever had. Drove in to check-in. Process took no more than 2 mins to verify appt, mileage and VIN and I was directed to Luis my service advisor a few steps away. He was waiting for me and went over the inspection and service process and verified my insurance for the loaner. Printed out forms for signature and directed me to loaner office a few steps away. Dropped off my keys to the runner who was waiting on the way. Less than 5 min total at this point. Walked into loaner desk and they were waiting for me with necessary forms and the loaner was brought around to the door. I left the deal

I recently had my Lexus UX 200 serviced at Lexus of North Miami, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My service rep, Luis, was awesome — super attentive, professional, and made everything really easy. He explained the process clearly, set up an appointment that fit my schedule, and even arranged a loaner car for me. On the day of my appointment, everything went smoothly. Luis checked in my car and sent me to pick up the loaner, which was a newer version of my Lexus and spotless inside and out. Within just a few hours, he called to let me know my car was ready for pickup — I couldn’t believe how fast the service was! Overall, I’m really impressed with the team and the level of service. I’d definitely recommend Lexus of North Miami for anyone needing vehicle service or repairs.
