Mentioned from my VIN the correct fitment and kept me from ordering the wrong part (even though the item I was about to order was listed for my vehicle year, they changed that part early on in that year). Item was shipped that day, free shipping, and discounted price. My next parts order is going through them.

Save your energy and go to another dealer for parts department. Long story short: I have made multiple attempts to order parts at this dealership, but they manage to make it an exhausting experience every-time. First time insinuating that I was using an auto shop for the discount, even though the auto shop had placed the orders for my car as they were repairing it. I was very offended by the way Tino was speaking to us, made eye rolling faces as him and his coworker went to the back rooms. It was very uncomfortable as they kept interrogating and insinuating we were using unauthorized wholesale accounts and did not let me purchase the parts, hence delaying the auto shop from completing the job on time.
