After driving a sedan for many years, it’s niiice sitting higher.🤩 I purchased my car using the Driveway app. Destinee from Driveway was sooo incredibly helpful guiding me every step of the way!! I wasn’t sure where my car was located within their approved dealership and was thankful that it was a local dealership. Once the details for the sale were finalized, I was notified that it was at the Lexus dealership in Sacramento. Thankfully, it was close to me so I didn’t have to pay the shipping fee. At the dealership, I was greeted by one of the salesman named, Robert. He escorted me to the car and I checked everything out. I was impressed with fact that the car was thoroughly serviced. I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000-mile maintenance service and detail, and as always, I had an excellent experience. This time, however, the team truly went above and beyond for me and my two little children. I was navigating vehicle pickup with my two toddlers, which can be a challenge in itself, and they surprised my kids with two stuffed animals this past Monday. My five-year-old and two-year-old have not let go of them since. They’ve slept with them every single night and carried them around all day long. It’s thoughtful gestures like this that make such a meaningful difference. They left a lasting impression on our family and made the entire process feel seamless and so much easier. We’re incredibly grateful.

I had a need for updating my Sirius XM software that Sirius stated Lexus was trained to do. Lexus is not trained so it cost me over $100 without a fix. Also maintenance cost for an oil change tire rotation and air filter replacement cost too much(around $600). Labor was approximately $450 of that. The timeliness was very good only took 2 hours as promised. People are courteous and professional. Good people. Just be prepared to pay top dollar for service.

Great experience at Lexus of Sacramento! My salesperson, Robert, was exceptional (not pushy at all) and a pleasure to make the deal with for my 2026 RX 350 SUV. Also, the finance manager (although paid cash) was great, too. Would definitely recommend this dealership—and purchase another vehicle again!

Lexus UX 300 H premium had 2200 miles And the 12 V battery failed! Red flag. Car loses equity and may have continued problems. Asked to speak to the manager and I was directed to a salesman! I bought the car through Cartelligent. When he found out, I used a broker he was disgusted. Cultural differences And typical sales tactics. Reported problem to Lexus financial to ensure recalls Are reported. It may sound simple that the car needs to have a battery replaced but not on a hybrid. The battery affects navigation And many other Areas of concern. Dealership asked if I happen to leave the interior lights on and perhaps that caused the battery to die. Seriously, you’re using that! Previous years of same model had recall on the 12 V battery. Evidently my car a 2025 should have recalls on it n
