I’m very hesitant to write this review, because I hope my salesman doesn’t get blamed, so first let me say, JOSH FOR FINANCE. He told me his goal was to get to finance one day so I wanted to leave it in the Google review. He did mention I will get a survey asking if I felt like a valued guest and that’s why I’m leaving a three star review here. The only time my wife and I felt like “valued guests” were working with him, the manager Jason who I met a few days prior, the finance manager Eric, and the technology guy Kevin. Prior to working with Josh I was not happy with the transparency I was receiving with the first salesperson I dealt with there so very glad Josh took over. I just purchased my new used 2024 Lincoln Nautilus from Lexus of Sarasota. My sales associate Luis did a great job with helping me and answering all my questions. One reason I hate shopping for cars is because I feel pressured. I can honestly say that I did not feel any pressure from any of the sales associates. I’m so happy I purchased my vehicle through Lexus of Sarasota.

I had my car, ES 350, in for routine service. I found the technician Joe extremely professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He showed me via video exactly what he sees. He is a very good tech and an asset to the dealership. Also my service advisor Lisa I find also very understanding and quick (meaning she minimizes my wait time). She cares about the customer. These are two reasons why I decline to go anywhere else. Perfect service!

My experience at Lexus of Sarasota has always been exceptional. Their service staff of Greg and Roberto have always made sure that I left satisfied with the results of service. I also want to note that their service manager, Jason Peters. ranks as the best I have ever dealt with. He personally assisted my wife reset some setting before we left as a tech was not available at that moment. That just doesn't happen at busy times, you just have to wait. In addition, I always believe that great service starts at the reception area when you are received with a smile and welcome.
