Lexus of Sarasota has exceeded my expectations of that particular dealership in many ways ! First off, their customer service is of top-tier quality, the service staff went far and beyond to accommodate me as well as my girlfriends automobile. I had a five point inspection done and diagnostic, along with an oil change and general tune up. The vehicle, which is a 2023 Lexus, is a driving gem. Purchased certified pre owned, we haven't experienced the slightest of problems with this SUV and Lexus of Sarasota has performed all preventive maintenance on it. I deal with Cadillac, dodge and Lexus. Lexus is by far A #1 of the three. Shout out to the service department for continually putting such effort into their craft 👏 🙌

The past experiences at this dealership were great however, today it wasn’t so great! The sales associate and lead sales guy were very rude, gimmicky and condescending. After wasting my 2 hrs to get Alexis LS 600, I walked out and instead bought BMW X7M60i with an ease and professionalism that one deserves as a customer. Hopefully, someone reads this and teaches these sales associate proper etiquette and sales strategy. I told them I am here to buy, just puts good deal, instead, I was given a run around like I am a first time car buyer and they can throw me around and insult me as if they have goldmine car! I'm very Disappointed with Lexus of Sarasota . I went there to get my car oil change. And tire patch because there was a screw in my tire but it looks like I got screw twice today. because I left some of my tip money $110 in a little purse in the center console and when I got home I grabbed my purse to get some money and someone from Lexus already helped themself to $50 what they wanted. So to all the people that use Sarasota Lexus be very careful about leaving any money or anything that could be worth anything in your car when they are working on it they are the thieves of Sarasota they get negative zero from us.

Bought my first lexus and brought it here to be inspected. I had a great first experience thanks to Roberto. I look forward to the many more years I will be coming here to have my car serviced.

It has taken TWO hours to just look at a couple parts inside the car needing to be replaced and come up with an estimate. Our appt was at 1pm and it is 3pm and we are being told b6 Bri (rather coldly) it could be another hour. We have not met our advisor, Phil or been updated, just sent a video of them looking at it about 30 mins ago. Was just told it could be another one hour to write up an estimate. Really? This is just poor service, lack of being efficient, and lack of having a process in place, especially for a Lexus dealership! We will not be back and will drive the distance to Tampa Lexus! Very disappointed in customer care and service today!
