In the last 12 months, I have spent over 10k on the wildest repairs on my 2020 Lexus is fsport that has less than 68k miles. In addition to that, my check engine light just came on AGAIN, and surely they will quote me another 5-10k in repairs. Crazy that my vehicle that was only serviced by them like clock work has now had major repairs on every visit and yet it’s never truly repaired. Their service is also atrocious and management will never call you back. Horrible price gauging. Slow service. Incompetent advisors. Lack of follow through. Deceptive practices. They will also claim your breaks need to be replaced on your inspection when them seem to forget you had just supposedly had them done by them just a few thousand miles prior. Editing my review since I can't get a hold of anyone! The business responded below offering to speak to GM. I called, was transferred 3 times just for someone to take a message and I still don't have a call back. I texted the advisor asking for a copy of my service, still no copy. The car still shows as checked in on the site. How about you get some responsible people in there that know what they're doing. Again today, I left a message to just get a copy! Why is this so hard!!!! Brought my car for oil and filter change at Lexus of Tampa. I waited more than 2 hours for that, I did not rush because I wanted them to work on my car properly. Left the Lexus feeling confident that I have the dealership worked on my car. After 2 days of driving it, I noticed some oil on my driveway. Good thing the rain has stopped or else I will not able to notice the oil. I checked my dip stick and oil is below the lowest line. I have to buy tools to remove the under tray and finds a lot of oil under the car. Have to go back to the store and buy oil also to fill up the car because I have to drive back home for 2 and half hours. Reported it to Lexus of Tampa the next day.
