Lexus of West Kendall Service

I took my vehicle in for service and ever since then none of my upper speakers in my car are working. When I called for help they told me it would be $275 just to diagnose the problem that they obviously caused. Do not bring your vehicle here they are crooks. The lack of customer service is horrid. The man on phone had a terrible demeanor and did not offer me any solutions. His tone of voice was unprofessional and robotic. When I asked for a manager he told me to call back because they were in a meeting. I shouldn’t have to chase down a manager, he should’ve taken my number and ensured they would call me back. If I could give zero stars I would.

I took my brand new LC500 (only 1,000 miles) in for its first oil change, and unfortunately got it back with scrape marks on the door—damage that went through the PPF and even lifted the paint in some areas. I didn’t notice until I got home because, like most people, I wouldn’t think to check for scratches on the door after a basic oil change. When I returned to the dealership to address the issue, the service manager, Emilio Garcia, denied any fault. He said he reviewed all the photos and footage and “concluded” the damage didn’t happen at the shop. When I asked to see the photos, they had none of the door—only a few angled shots from the rear. Horrible experience. Brought the car for 10,000 miles service. A part was ordered under warranty, supposedly to arrive that same week. Were supposed to call me never did. Tried to follow-up by website or calling, couldn't get an answer. Decided to come back and checked personally. The w rong part was ordered, etc., etc, etc. Extremely poor service, specially for a premium brand.

I scheduled on line an oil change for my Lexus, service took 1 hour and half for $125. If you want the wheels rotation will be $60 more.. The building and furniture are a little bit old, The environment is dark, all TVs were off.. The shop is almost without merchandise..

Originally, they started out very poorly. I came with two maintenance prompts on my dash. I knew one was about tire rotation and irrelevant and asked for it to be cleared and the other I wanted to know if it was something I needed to address immediately. They told me I'd have to wait an hour and a half for them to do anything to my car. I asked if I could come back in an hour and a half or schedule an appointment in the future and they said that I would have to wait an hour and a half no matter what. Then while waiting in line I got yelled at by an employee who I didn't know was speaking to me because she was behind me speaking in a different language.
