Lexus Service Center

Tim Campbell, my service advisor, did an excellent job of getting me in and taking care of me. The entire team was prepared for my service visit, which made the experience smooth. The loaner vehicle was in pristine condition. I highly value this location and highly recommend.

I was there for 3 hours for simple maintenance. My service rep wasn't very attentive. He didn't say anything when I left, not even bye, have a good day or thank you for coming in.. I had to circle back to him about the pricing for a certain repair and he still didn't have the answer. He said he would call me but 3 days later, nothing! Someone in service hooked their iPod to my system which removed a feature from my audio resources. As always, the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Service rep was professional and courteous. He made note of my fluctuating tire pressure. Said he would ask the technician check it out. Only glitch is I ended up with some piece of plastic that doesn’t seem to belong to my car. Appreciated the follow up call from service asking about my experience
