I’m giving 3 stars because while most of my experience was very good, the complimentary car wash completely ruined it. My service advisor, Isabella, was excellent—kind, professional, and kept me updated with texts and a video of my car’s inspection. The technician also did a thorough job, and I really appreciate workers who clearly respect themselves, their job, and their customers. Unfortunately, the “car wash” was the opposite. My car was already fairly clean when I dropped it off, so a proper quick wash would have made it shine. Instead, it came back looking worse than before, with smudges, dirty streaks, and barely any vacuuming inside. After checking my dash cam, I saw that while the car before mine was properly washed, mine was just wiped with the same dirty rag and given a 9-second

I truly appreciated how she kept me updated on my vehicle and took the time to share a service video explaining the work on my car—this was excellent customer service and really set the experience apart. 10 plus rating by far! I have purchased several Lexus vehicles at priority Lexus at Virginia Beach and the consistency of service by far exceeds my expectations. From the beginning to the end of my purchase, my salesman William Anderson made the whole transaction enjoyable. His knowledge and professionalism throughout my purchase was on point. He answered all my questions and took the time to demonstrate the new features my RX 350 offered. The whole entire staff at this dealership is why I am a returning customer!!!
