5 Stars is not enough for this tow service in st. Cloud!!!! Super impressed with the overall experience!!!! Luis, the tow truck operator was on point. He got there quickly ,was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently and was extremely careful with my truck making sure it would be a safe tow with no damage. Definitely went above and beyond with everything, even communicating with me on his arrival time. And with all the excellent service the cost was significantly lower than the couple other tow companies that came up when I searched for tow service in st cloud...... And I'm confident that the service could not have been better! I will recommend to all my family and friends without hesitation.

Luis was my true hero of the day. My vehicle broke down half way to work on 192 and he came to the rescue very quickly. I lucked out that he was already in that area on another call which allowed him to get to me quicker. He was very professional and personable as well careful with the vehicle. Thank you so much for your service and I will definitely be saving your number on speed dial and refer you as often as possible.

Absolutely Incredible Experience. I almost don't even want to post this, because I don't want to set the bar too high for these guys. My wife broke down in St Cloud and called me, so I went straight to her and realized that the car was not drivable, so I just started googling. I called two other tow companies (who I've used before). One didn't answer, the other had no trucks in the area, so I called L.I. Roadside to try them. Luis answered the call, said they were available and that they would text me to request the location. I sent it over and he was there IN THREE MINUTES! Not kidding! He was super friendly and polite, and had me hooked up and towed the car to my house right around the corner. I just looked at the text message and Luis sent the first text at 5:55pm and sent me a Thank Yo
