Freddy Estrada was my service manager and to say he was fantastic is an understatement. He went over and above what I had expected. while my RAM was in for service, he kept me updated on when my part would be received, contacting me several times when the part was held up. As soon as the part came in, he called me to let me know before it was even out of the box. Freddy was so knowledgeable about RAM vehicles which made me trust him. I had another issue that he advised me about as well which worked out perfectly. Anytime I need service done, Freddy will be my first and only call. I can't thank him enough.

Dayvon Styles was excellent to deal with. He was kind and thoughtful throughout the process. I did not care for having to pay twice for an alignment though, I was told a bolt was loose but was not shown what bolt was loose. On a positive note, I was able to take my jeep home quickly. Fastest service ever at a dealership.

Arthur (AJ) in the service department is amazing! He is always helpful and HONEST. I never feel like I’m paying for more than I actually need and he always takes the time to listen and explain things to me. I go to LIA to have my jeep serviced just because of AJ. There was a cancelation for an appt to get my Ram 1500 repaired. A service advisor, Arthur Erschen, did a great job! he took care of getting my truck in and scheduled for repair. He even called me several times with updates. Great job. I will return.

Dayvon Styles is very personable and greeted me right away as soon as I got out of my Jeep. He proceeded to take care of getting my requested oil change written up and going. Overall, it was a good experience.
