I got the appropriate number of reminders via text and their check in process was simple and easy…just drive right in. I chose to wait for my truck since the need was fairly simple. My advisor, John, kept me updated to my truck’s progress and had me in and out within a reasonable amount of time (given the number of other customers I saw coming in while I was there!!) I highly recommend!

Recently purchased a slightly used 2021 Jeep Gladiator from Lia. The people at Lia were all very professional, friendly, and extremely easy to do business with. The truck was prepared for my arrival and everything was as I expected.
