Chris Hernandez was the best service advisor I have encountered! So pleasant and full of energy and enthusiasm. His biggest concern was my satisfaction. He was so polite and professional. Made my experience very easy.

Lamar Patton was exemplary in getting my Honda Passport serviced and NY inspected. He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and professional. He said it would take about 1.5 hours to complete and they were done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. he kept me informed of what was happening several times while the vehicle was being serviced.

I always use Lia Honda for all my car service/maintenance needs. When I pulled into the garage, it was very busy. Other technicians said, someone will be right with you. When I saw Wes Harrington walking towards me, I was happy. This was not the first time Wes was my service technician, so I was glad to have him as my service technician again. I know I am in good hands with Wes. He is excellent at his job. Always makes me feel at home, gives me accurate information about work needed, time needed and cost. He even compliments me on my car. Chris Hernandez provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. He introduced himself and initiated opening inquiry about why I had come in (routine maintenance) and explained that he would do some initial assessments and check in with me about recommended care needed. He made sure I knew where the waiting area was and pointed out the coffee/refreshments area. He returned with and gave a clear explanation of those recommendations and a likely cost estimate and asked if I had questions. And said he would text with updates and come find me when he was wrapping up. And the car had been washed, too, when I finished payment and went out to the lot. He took a moment to pop over one more time and thank me for the opportunity to be of service. All good!

I highly recommend Lia Service Department. My experience from beginning to end was an absolute pleasure. Reilly was my Service Coordinator and was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and informative.
