Keith MSE Devan Petit was exceptional in facilitating the 35k mi service and engine cover recall on my 2024 Atlas. He was a warm friendly beautiful smile despite the early appt and freezing temps. Devans thorough precise and knowledgeable communication throughout the appointment was wonderful. He remembered my past appointment particulars and was forward thinking in additional items that could be done to compliment yet not duplicate later work that was needed. He facilitated additional part orders for items not in stock and kept in communication with me upon their arrival and installed them personally. He is kind and personable and thoroughly enjoyable and puts this introvert at ease. Thank you!

I had a great service experience. I couldn’t be more grateful for how quickly I was able to get my vehicle in for a big unexpected transmission job. My car was not drivable and another VW dealer in the area which is more local to me told me they were 2 months out for a loaner vehicle and Lia got me in the next day! Devan Petit helped me through the process and kept me updated and informed. Very happy with my service, I’ll be back with any service needs in the future!

Devan came and got me and had printed out the invoice along with suggestions for improved maintenance which is helpful to schedule future maintence. pleasant without pressure
