Chuck and Libby came out right on time. Wonderful customer service. I had a rock go through my windshield on Thursday and they were out Monday morning. The price was very reasonable. Please, Support this small business they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They even transferred my inspection sticker perfectly to the new windshield. Next time I need a windshield they’re gonna be my first call!

This is my third windshield that the amazing staff at liberty auto glass has replaced for me in the last five years. I put approximately 45,000 miles on my Acura in a year and whenever my windshield unfortunately has been damaged it needs to be replaced and calibrated for the safety features the vehicle offers to work. Therefore it’s not possible for someone to come out and replace it in the parking lot at work, so I called Liberty Auto Glass and they handled everything! The office ladies are thorough and willing to come in early to help me navigate the insurance claim so I can get it done and head to work, as not to miss work. Very easy to deal with. Didn’t wait long to get an appointment. Came to my house to replace a cracked windshield and even put on new wipers for me that I had purchased. Would definitely recommend!

Premium customer care and professional service. From my first call hearing and speaking to a real helpful person. To setting up prompt repair date to replace rear hatch window. I knew just through communications, I would and did cancel different company that only provided robotic online scheduling. Liberty price also beat theirs too. It was top notch service right up until the job was done. Then even after it was done!!! That was when the --> "how can we help you" extended further. My car has been leaking water really bad in passenger side, the people here were very considerate. They diagnosed the issue fast, the technician come out to explain what happened. Very good customer service.
