Liberty Car Wash

There was a scratching sound when I was in the car wash, but I couldn't exit because the car wash was running. When I got out I saw that there were deep scratches along the side of my car. No number to call.

Claim they do $2 off any wash. Visited Tuesday 8/6/19 - 10:14:38 pm. Works Wash was regular price $12 then i added Awesome Tire Wash for $3. total charged my card $15. No PHONE number to call or check number except Credit Card Receipt.

Paid for an $8 car wash. Went through, but it did not work. Had to go paid again to get a car wash. There was no number to call to report the issue so that is why I'm leaving a review in hopes it will be addressed.

I just paid for the higher level wash, and all it did was the under carriage spray at the beginning. I can't find any phone numbers to get the issue resolved, either. From the looks of the reviews, this is a pretty common issue over here.

Paid $16 and did not even come on! Kept saying drive forward. Went back around and did not come on! Anyone know who to contact to get my money back?
