I recently had the pleasure of bringing my van to Liberty Collision for repairs after my doors were not functioning properly, and I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received. From start to finish, the team at Liberty Collision went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth and stress-free. The staff was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail, answered all my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. I just received my car back from Liberty Collison. It looks brand new. The workmanship was excellent. My experience was very positive. The entire place is very low key. Cindy who greeted me was very reassuring. Keith who was in charge explained everything that would be done and had a calming affectation. Andrew who worked on the car was very thorough. The team at Liberty collision was very helpful and explaining the entire process of how to go about getting my car fixed begining with the process of contacting my insurance. The process smooth and easy again. Every detail was explained to me, My repairs were done before the estimated time & They did such an amazing job. Super experience with Liberty Collision Center. Repair of my 2024 Audi Q5 PHEV was flawless--and fast! Service and communication were exceptional as well--Kudos to Keith and Cindy. And my car has not been this clean and has not looked this good since I first purchased it! Highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. I have been treated horribly by the mechanic, I have been called a liar, the job wasn’t done properly and I’m in a terrible position because of them.
