Happy customer! My car needed some TLC after a cross-country move to Boise, and Liberty Detailing did not disappoint. I was really impressed with the sparkle and shine of my car afterward. I also got an interior shampoo and detail, which was so well done it feels like I have a new car! Joseph did a thorough job, and I appreciate the time he took beforehand to answer my questions and explain what he was going to do. Beyond that he really takes pride in his work and it shows. Scheduled an 8 am appointment online to have my car detailed at my home. Rearranged my scheduled, took time off work, and paid a deposit. No one showed up that day, and no one will respond to my voicemails or emails. At this point I hope I can get my deposit back.
