We visited Liberty Harley-Davidson looking for the right bike for my wife, Karen, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Our salesperson, Samantha, was absolutely incredible. She spent over two hours with us, never once rushing the process. We probably sat on 20 different bikes, some of them multiple times, and she stayed patient, attentive, and genuinely engaged the entire time. Best experience I've had purchasing a motorcycle. I mainly dealt with Eddie and AJ and they were the best hands down. They make you feel welcomed as if you were family great attitudes and amazing customer service. I 100% recommend liberty harley-Davidson and every employee was extremely helpful they helped me load my bike and strap it down and made sure I had a safe trip back home to New York. We went to look at a bike we had already checked out online. We did look around compared some features on new bikes. A sales guy approached us once, after we had obviously looked over the bike (so not too quick) and was knowledgeable. Once he answered our questions he gave us some room and time to look around, and discuss between ourselves. Very pleased to experience, glad we took the ride down. Do wish they had a few larger size shirts.
