🚨 ONE MONTH WASTED. THOUSANDS CHARGED. PROBLEM MISDIAGNOSED. 🚨 This Kenworth dealership kept my truck for a full month and lied to me repeatedly. I was told “next week” over and over. Diagnosis dragged on because a “senior tech wasn’t available.” They charged me $3,000 for a repair that did NOT fix anything. I was told the truck was fixed, road tested, and ready, so I paid. At 11 PM, Annie called me and said the truck was not going into gear.(Note) its been 2 weeks trucks is shifting as it was with no issue. When I questioned the road test, they admitted it was NEVER road tested. That’s when it became clear they just wanted payment. They then tried to scare me with a “transmission fault” and push more diagnostics that would take several more days — even though the truck had no transmi

Completely unprofessional and reckless. I took my truck here for a clutch repair, when I came to pick it up I had two stress cracks on each side of my hood that were not there when I brought it in. I also noticed my hood strut was broken. Kenworth claims I bought it in this way and that I should take it elsewhere to get it fixed. I argued that my truck was not like this before. Then they attempted to fix it and two weeks later the cracks have returned. Whoever takes their truck here for work should think TWICE.. they will GASLIGHT you and make it seem like something that they did was already there when you brought it in. If you do take it take pictures of your truck before and after. Very careless work

Called this dealership for a part that I needed. Spoke to Josh on the counter. Very friendly and personable. My experience was a 10/10 and if ever needed something from the dealership going forward Josh will be the one I ask for. Thanks again Josh!

Truck had transmission problems. Repair price was outrageous so my company decided not to repair it there but they have some beautiful semi tractors on their lot

Came back to do service on engine under shop warranty and had no problems with this issue being repaired in ample time. But they have a small yard need to expand.
