Absolutely horrible shipping times , called 3 times and each time they keep moving the shipping date , ordered on the 11th and my 8 dollars in parts still havent shipped. 18 days since order , i would not recommend ordering from here .

I’ve known this dealership for over 2 decades now and have bought and leased multiple cars for my family and friends. If you’re looking for the cheapest price, then go somewhere else. Because when you buy or lease from here, you are not going for the cheapest price, but a good deal with unmatchable customer service and support. They always go above and beyond to make sure your experience is superior to all other Subaru dealerships; actually all dealerships!! Today I walked in to the showroom to look at cars. As a woman I felt a little little nervous going alone. I was standing there for what felt like a long time when Brie, a new saleswoman saw me and approached me even though she was currently training and couldn’t sell me a car. She could’ve just ignored me yet was happy to offer to match me with a great salesman. I continued talking to her and she shared helpful information and made me feel so calm and comfortable that I am going back to work with her when she is officially on the floor to buy a car from her. I’m so excited to be working with a woman car sales person for a change. It’s about time!!!!

They were really awesome with me on the phone and email when I ordered some parts for my forester and again when the parts shipped and a piece was missing. I'd recommend them to anyone.
