In response: The fuse was removed prior to my transmission work and when you asked why did I take it out I told you it made the shuddering from my transmission a little better. I asked you to check the transfer case while repairing the transmission and you said it was fine. The fuse was put back in after the transmission work and all was well. The work from the other shop you are referring to, was an alignment which was completed two days before coming to you to see if the shaking was transmission related. I reiterated that it fixed the problem I was only at your shop to make sure there was nothing going on with the transmission. After your guy said he calibrated the rear differential, which I have since found out isn’t even a real thing, I brought my car back to the shop that did my align

Amazing people, great work, fair prices. I brought my 2019 Ram in for a 60k miles transmission service, a fluid and filter change. Everyone is very nice and respectful, shop is kept very clean so you know they take pride in their work. I won't take my vehicle ANYWHERE else. 5⭐️

So my regular mechanic told me the noise in the front of my car was the transmission. Charge me $69 to tell me this it is a 2010 Camry and it shifts just fine.. they told me the noise is coming from the transmission. I panicked. I started doing research on getting a transmission to get an idea of what’s it gonna cost and is it worth it? So I used AI to pull up the highly reviewed transmission shops in the area. They were either one or two on the list and the closest to me. I went in and explained everything and they said they would take a look at it. I brought the receipt on my Visit to my auto shop and asked are they gonna charge me a diagnostic fee? No they said I was so thankful. One of them in there was overhearing the conversation and asked. Can I take your car for a drive right now?

Do not recommend going here. They claim an 800$ diagnostic fee but thats just to take it out and look at it, if you decide that you dont want to pay there price they quote its an extra 800$ to put it back in which is reasonable but overpriced but reasonable, where they get unreasonable is if you ask them to leave the trans out so you dont have to pay the extra but they insist they car cant move without it in. Difficult people to work with and they do work you didnt ask for and then charge you for it.

Greasy service, Great work. I still think military discount should have been included. The rule should be that if you spend a certain amount ($1000) no matter service or repair there should be some kind of discount.
