I took my 2019 F150 platinum for the passenger side door to be repaired after a shopping cart hit it and left a large dent in the door. They worked with me on drop off and pick up based off my work schedule, worked with the adjuster to get the door replaced based off the extent of the damage, and stay in constant contact with me throughout the process making sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle. Upon pick up not only did they do an outstanding job on the repair but made my truck look new inside and out like it was right off the dealer lot! Outstanding work couldn’t be more pleased !

Lichty Bros in Ephrata did phenomenal work on my F-350 after an accident in last months snowstorm. The truck looked brand new in the area that they repaired, I only wish the rest of the truck was in good enough shape to match the high quality work on the front! Inside and outside were very clean when I picked it up, a nice unexpected touch! Highly recommend their work!

Around a month ago I was involved in a minor fender bender while inside a roundabout, my insurance directly sent me here and I was extremely impressed with the transparency and timely updates regarding where my car was at each step of the way, and if anything new or hidden came up when it was further torn down. I was especially amazed with the paint work and level of care they took when they washed the car afterwards, picking it back up almost felt like I was taking it home from the dealer again. Another side note (unrelated to the repairs) that makes me really want to come back for general work is I personally felt the alignment from the factory seemed "off" and the adjustments they made while it was in the shop were a night and day difference, makes me feel like they actually take the ti

They just helped me out with a fiberglass repair that I couldn't get any local RV shops to fix for me. Because of the construction method, paint wasn't an option. They kept the fiberglass repaired section as small as possible and arranged a local graphics shop to cover the repaired area with additional striping. There is only a slight mismatch on the graphic color which is very difficult to match in vinyl. I suspect it will fade slightly over time to be a closer match. I am very happy with the result.

I was recommended to go here from my auto mechanic for some collision damage. I called and from the secretary on the phone to Kevin I was pleased with the service of how nice and knowledgeable they were. I was given a couple options of what I’d like to do after a collision and Kevin took a look at my door and buffed out some scratches immediately.
