My aunt arrived at Life care center last week. I was very impressed with the entire admission process. The leadership team was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The staff is caring and responsive. I am a medical provider and I understand the nuances of caring for a patient. They exceeded my expectations. They have made my family feel comfortable and safe with leaving our loved one in their hands. We know she will be happy and cared for. Kudos to Life Care Center!

As a resident I can confirm that the carpets need to be steam cleaned. The kitchen needs a better cook and more staff. I had a good experience at LCC. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Gabby is the best nurse, I have my favorite nurses and can’s. I thank the staff and Joel was right.

I struggled with places for my mom. No one wants to have to place their parent in a facility and I had been against is for months. In visiting several places in Fort Wayne, they added to my hesitation. However, after having met Joel, Amber, Katina, Kearra and others at Life Care; I felt as though I had found the right fit for her. The staff has been attentive, caring, and quick to help me over all. My mom is enjoying her stay thus far. I would recommend Life Care to anyone looking. It does not feel like a conglomerate, it feels more like a home where each person is given attention and care. I am hoping my mom will be able to stay here, stay safe, stay cared for and supervised versus returning to her home where I worry about her safety. Life Care has been a gem.

I have had the distinct honor and privilege of taking care of my mom for 10 years. Throughout this time, I have encountered hundreds of members of the healthcare community. I can be a bit annoying when it comes to the care my mom receives. The care, compassion, and empathy that both Katina and Holly show is unmatched. Their care extends beyond the patients. They also care deeply about the caregivers and needs of the family they are caring for. With all of my million and one questions, not one time did they treat me like I was bothering them. It is not uncommon to see Katina walking around the building helping patients. She does not hide in the office like you see most administrators doing.
