Lifesafer Ignition Interlock San Jose

Broke a part on my BMW during installation and also during the removal. These people are extremely incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. They completely ghosted me and are not willing to make it right despite me providing a TON of proof. I had warned the supervisor that they broke my part when I got it installed and if they can be extra careful when removing the device. When I went to remove the device, the technician in front of my face broke another part. Now the office isn’t responding. This is the worst service I have received and I regret using them. I wish I can give 0 stars.

I give them 2 positive stars for friendly service and great fast pace work. Though my initial breathalyzer was faulty this meant when I first attempted to turn on my car it gives me a pass and allows me to turn on my car. Next attempt mid car ride I receive a fail and I get penalized. This happened multiple times. One day I received warnings all day to my appointment for the recalibration and when my appointment was done I received failed. Mind you I live 30 min from the location. That’s at least 3 blows from my house to the location and once it was time to go I had fails. This caused me to have many fees. Customer service recommended a new device and with the new device I never had issues. I still had to pay the fees for the old one. I’d recommend to make sure to go research other busines

Seems to be the most affordable. Techs are quick to get the calibrations done. FYI THEY ARE CLOSED 11:30-12:30!!!

Their device takes too long sometimes has you waiting 4-5 minutes before you can blow into the breathalyzer. When in a hurry highly inconvenient

They don't deserve 1 star. Horrible... Horrible.... Horrible! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will SCAM you out of your money and waste your time. Don't ask for a supervisor because they never call you back. They send you a form to fill out but never follow up. Customer service is rude and lacks training. Installers don't know anything so don't bother asking them. They run late, double book and reschedule at the last minute. Your schedule isn't important so make sure you plan accordingly. Even if you have proof and are right about a situation they still will not refund you or waive fees. I have asked to speak with the owner or corporate and was refused that information. My dui was definitely my fault but this is the worst place to go for your breathalyzer.
